The soprano Ruan Yuqun is rewarded with the prestigious status of "First Rank National Artist" of China. She graduated from the Central Conservatory of China in Beijing.
As a renowned singer, she has taken on many roles in dozens of classical, romantic and contemporary operas.
She has given concerts all over China as well as in Europe and in American. In 2016, the public of Geneva was moved by her interpretation of Liu in Puccini's opera "Turandot".
